House facilities
Each House has one or several Common Rooms for boarders to relax and socialise in and a kitchen so that pupils can prepare small snacks and keep refreshments.
The toaster is very popular at break time!
Email and Internet access
Each pupil has an email address and access to the school's network.
WiFi has been introduced to the boarding houses and is controlled to ensure Sixth Formers switch off by 11pm at the latest each night.

Dover College's sports facilities are well equipped and well used. Boarders are encouraged to live a healthy life and the balanced diet they get from the Refectory is supported by engaging in sporting activities.
The nearby local swimming pool is used regularly.
The Fitness Suite, astro turf, tennis courts, weights room, and dance studio are often used during free time.
Medical Centre

The Medical Centre has two separate four-bed wards, a treament room, a waiting/rest room and a surgery room. It can accommodate pupils overnight. It is staffed by qualified nurses and nursing care is available 24 hours a day throughout the academic year. The nurses ensure boarders' appointments with dentists and other specialists are arranged and kept as necessary.
The Medical Centre Sisters are also there to give pupils time to discuss any particular issue that may be of concern to them.
