On the 10th October, the infants and juniors of Dover College had a Funky Footwear Friday. Everyone brought in a pound each to raise money for our school charity, Guide Dogs. Everyone took part in this event including the teachers! If the boys didn't have funky shoes they wore funky ties. In total we raised about £90. “It was a really fun thing to do and I enjoyed organising it” said Rose French, Head Girl of the Junior School. Dover College intends to organise many more events like this so they can raise enough funds to support the training of its very own Guide Dog.
